Job Summary: We are seeking a Dental Office Assistant for a Clinical Unit, essential for caring for patients and supporting the clinical team during treatments and office organization. Work as part of a team, focusing on patient friendliness and well-being. We are looking for a Dental Office Assistant for our Clinical Unit. At OralMED clinics, we do not merely treat—we go further: we care for our patients. In this process, the role of Dental Office Assistants is essential. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, as a Dental Office Assistant in an OralMED unit, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team present in the medical office during treatments, assisting the clinical team with performed procedures. You will organize medical offices, ensuring they have all necessary conditions for carrying out clinical procedures. You must ensure the availability of materials required for medical work through equipment sterilization and replenishment of consumable stock, as well as monitoring prosthetic work entering and leaving the clinic. Thus contributing to helping our patients smile again for life within the scheduled timeframe. **Schedule:** Full-time, rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 08:30–20:30. **Experience We Would Like You To Have:** As a Dental Office Assistant, you will play a fundamental role during consultations and medical procedures; therefore, we seek professionals who have: * Academic qualification equivalent to 12th grade; * Professional training as an Assistant or professional experience exceeding one year in this role; * Proficiency in computer applications. Preferably, candidates for this position should also have experience in specific tasks performed in clinics: * Cleaning and disinfection of medical offices; * Preparing medical offices for clinical procedures; * Assisting during consultations, ideally across various clinical specialties; * Sterilization and packaging of materials; * Stock control; * Coordination of prosthetic work with laboratories.
