We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. We seek a proactive, organized professional with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of strategically and operationally managing people-related processes.
Responsibilities
Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Facilitate onboarding of new employees.
Support training and development initiatives.
Monitor performance evaluations and development plans.
Provide HR-related support to managers and employees.
Assist in benefits administration, vacation tracking, timekeeping, and other HR department routines as needed.
Prepare HR reports and metrics.
Promote organizational climate, employee engagement, and workplace well-being initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.
Requirements
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Prior experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of recruitment and selection, training and development, and basic labor legislation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, organization, discretion, and ability to work collaboratively.
Advantages
