Job Summary: Glamorous Store is seeking an E-commerce Assistant, on a part-time basis, to support the daily operations of the online store and join a dynamic team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an E\-commerce Assistant, on a **part-time basis**, to join our team and support the daily operations of the online store. Required Profile: * Professional qualification at Level 3 or 4 of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF); * Good user-level computer skills; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms; * Good communication skills; * Sense of responsibility and teamwork; * Knowledge of English is an advantage; * Experience in e\-commerce is an advantage but not mandatory. Main Responsibilities: * Creating, updating, and managing products on the online store; * Adding and reviewing product descriptions, prices, images, and other product information; * Assisting with order management and preparation; * Supporting logistics operations and shipment tracking; * Assisting with customer service; * Performing other tasks related to daily online store operations.
