Continuous training and professional development #### **IT / Systems Technician (M/F) Role** **IT / Systems Technician (M/F)** =========================================== **The Company** ------------- Our client seeks to strengthen its Information Technology team by hiring an IT Technician responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s technological infrastructures. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Ensure installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment and operating systems; * Manage and monitor servers, ensuring their proper operation and performance; * Provide first- and second-line technical support to users; * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communications incidents; * Manage the ticketing system and track incident resolution; * Administer user accounts, permissions, and email services; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the IT asset fleet; * Coordinate with external IT service providers; * Support initiatives to improve technological infrastructures; * Conduct IT equipment inventory and asset management; * Develop multimedia content and solutions to support internal communication; * Ensure proper operation of the organization’s technological systems and services. **Candidate Profile** --------------------- * Academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; * Professional experience in technical support and systems administration; * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft infrastructure; * Experience managing servers and computer networks; * Knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting; * Strong organizational and priority management skills; * Internal customer orientation and problem-solving focus; * Team spirit, proactivity, and autonomy; * Good communication and interpersonal skills. **What We Offer** -------------------- * Integration into a solid and growing organization; * Participation in diverse technological projects; * Continuous training and professional development; * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
