Academic background in Civil Engineering . Up to 5 years of experience in construction management or supervision roles . Good command of English . Proactive, dynamic, versatile, and organized profile with strong focus on achieving objectives . Proficiency in computer tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office . Valid registration with the relevant Professional Association Responsibilities . Collaborate with external partners (designers, contractors, public entities); . Supervise works carried out by the main contractor; . Ability to develop Business Plans; . Ensure achievement of financial objectives defined in the Business Plan for each project; . Plan and guarantee construction quality and property management during operation; . Conduct market prospecting and identify new opportunities in the real estate sector.
