Opportunity for professional advancement A construction sector company aims to strengthen its team by hiring a **Quantity Surveyor**, focused on project analysis, measurement execution, and budget preparation to support construction planning and execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze architectural and specialist project drawings; * Perform measurements based on drawn and written documents; * Prepare measurement schedules and bills of quantities; * Prepare budgets and cost estimates; * Consult suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information; * Support the preparation of tenders and bidding processes; * Collaborate with the technical team in construction preparation. ### **Requirements** * Technical education in civil construction (Civil Engineering, Technical Course in Measurements and Budgeting, Draftsperson, or similar) \- preferred; * Minimum 3 years of experience in measurement and budgeting (mandatory requirement); * Ability to read and interpret project drawings; * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; * Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing tools for measurement purposes; * Experience preparing bills of quantities; * Rigor, organization, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team. ### **Benefits** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Participation in diverse projects; * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Opportunity for professional advancement.
