Opportunity for professional advancement #### **About the Quantity Surveyor (M/F) Position** A construction-sector company seeks to strengthen its team by hiring a **Quantity Surveyor**, focused on project analysis, measurement execution, and cost estimate preparation to support construction preparation and development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze architectural and specialist drawings; * Perform measurements based on drawn and written documents; * Prepare measurement schedules and bills of quantities; * Prepare cost estimates and budget forecasts; * Consult suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information; * Support proposal preparation and tender processes; * Collaborate with the technical team in construction preparation. **Requirements:** * Technical education in civil construction (Civil Engineering, Technical Course in Measurements and Estimating, Drafting, or similar) — preferred * Minimum 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying and estimating (mandatory requirement) * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Knowledge of AutoCAD for measurement purposes * Experience preparing bills of quantities * Accuracy, organization, and sense of responsibility * Teamwork capability **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company * Participation in diverse projects * Competitive compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience * Opportunity for professional advancement
