Brisa – Autoestradas de Portugal seeks, through our agency, a Highway Operations Technician to join its Operational Coordination Center (OCC), located at its headquarters in São Domingos de Rana (Carcavelos). Main Responsibilities: Ensure and control the OCC’s operational execution in accordance with objectives, manuals, and procedures; Ensure coordination and availability of appropriate and necessary human and material resources for various incidents; Ensure implementation, monitoring, and compliance with work plans; Ensure establishment and dissemination of internal and external information according to defined procedures for each situation; Centralize all received information and ensure its integration and routing, enabling timely activation of necessary resources to resolve incidents; Ensure resources for conducting patrols and other activities; Monitor traffic conditions. Required Profile: Minimum academic qualification: completion of 12th grade; Good user-level computer skills and ability to quickly learn new applications and systems; Teamwork capability; Ability to monitor multiple operational environments simultaneously; Strong communication skills; Emotional management capacity in critical situations; Sense of responsibility and rigor; Availability to work rotating shifts.
