Manage energy efficiency and renewable energy projects **Offer Code:**OE202606/1120 **Offer Type:**Open Competitive Procedure **Status:**Active **Organic Level:**Others **Organ/Service:**Inter-Municipal Community of the Coimbra Region **Employment Link:**Fixed-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Duration:**12 months **Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**1st remuneration position in the general Senior Technician career, currently set at €1,499.15 **Monthly Supplement:**€0.00 **Job Position Description:**Generic description of duties: As stipulated in the Annex to the LTFP (Statute of Public Employees), referred to in Article 88, paragraph 2, which corresponds to functional complexity level 3 as provided for in subparagraph c) of paragraph 1 of Article 86 of the same Law; Job position description according to the respective competence profile: promote inter-municipal cooperation and ensure management and monitoring of the ELENA programme through various actions, namely: creation and implementation of mechanisms and methodologies for monitoring the specific ELENA programme; support for technical studies and energy audits; management of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects; preparation and management of procurement procedures for services related to energy efficiency and renewable energy projects and energy audits; support in drafting terms of reference for projects in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy; management of tools and indicators for measuring specific results, objectives and target achievement; promotion of territorial inter-municipal cooperation among stakeholders involved in the project; fostering the emergence of new investment models in energy efficiency and more sustainable products, as well as supporting the development of new projects to assess the sustainability of solutions supported by the policy instrument; collection and dissemination of cost-benefit studies on adopted solutions; monitoring the implementation of the ELENA programme application; organisation of project-related processes in accordance with standard procedures, including necessary adaptations and specificities; independent or collaborative preparation of opinions of varying complexity levels, and execution of other general or specialised support activities within common, instrumental and operational areas of competence of departments and services.
