We are seeking an Electrical Engineer - End-of-Line Test Equipment Development (m/f) for the IDI Product Department. **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or similar * Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-of-line test equipment development * Experience in hardware development (electronic circuit design and layout) * Knowledge of product testing methods and techniques * Familiarity with analog and digital signal analysis and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, etc.) * Knowledge of firmware development in C\+\+ and/or C\# * Teamwork oriented * Proactive with strong concentration ability **Responsibilities:** * Analyze product requirements to identify essential and critical points for proper functionality and those requiring end-of-line verification * Develop manual, semi-automatic, or automatic test procedures per product, determining the appropriate balance between manual and automated testing * Ensure comprehensive test coverage across mechanical, hardware, and firmware aspects * Develop hardware and firmware for auxiliary equipment required to integrate into the overall system * Manage, store, and report test data, providing feedback to development, quality, process, and/or production teams * Collaborate with product development, quality, and process teams to ensure quality standards * Suggest improvements to current testing methodologies and processes **Work Location:** Serpins Production Unit (Lousã)
