The Your Mission: SUMMARY: * Be the main actor in the relationship with the Customer in the store, welcoming them in a Attentive, Authentic and Enthusiastic way, guided by proactivity and quality in Service. * Be a promoter of effective and efficient service, and genuinely promote the use of Digital solutions that make life easier for the customer; * Listen and communicate with customers, seeking to satisfy their needs and presenting ideas, tips or solutions when necessary; * Have in-depth knowledge of the work market or service, but be able to support and advise on products or services throughout the store; * Establish a relationship of trust with customers, contributing to their loyalty to Auchan.
