**Collections Technician – Parque das Nações** We are recruiting a **Collections Technician** to join a team focused on credit recovery, ensuring professional, efficient, and solution-oriented management. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy direct customer contact and wish to develop skills in the financial sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage collections processes with an empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented approach; * Define and implement customized debt resolution strategies for each client, ensuring a balance between effectiveness and sensitivity; * Monitor the client portfolio, ensuring achievement of targets and contributing to maximizing results. **Candidate Profile:** * Previous experience in call centers, preferably in the banking/financial sector or in credit recovery roles; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with strong results orientation; * Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade). **Offered Conditions:** * Rotating schedule between 09:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday; * Availability to work up to 2 Saturdays per month; * Base salary + meal allowance + performance bonus; * Permanent contract; * Hybrid work arrangement after 6 months of integration; * Stable project with favorable working conditions and genuine opportunities for career progression. **Selection Process:** Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within a maximum of 10 working days.
