Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in various stages of the production process, from raw material receipt to order preparation; - Operating production equipment and ensuring proper functioning of production lines; - Performing tasks in areas such as weighing, mixing, filling, labeling, and dispatch; - Ensuring product quality and compliance according to internal procedures; - Adhering to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards at all work stages; - Collaborating as part of a team to improve process efficiency and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: - Minimum education level: 9th grade; - Industrial experience is valued, including experience in civil construction, military forces, or technical training centers; - Ability to understand, speak, and read Portuguese; - Basic knowledge of safety practices and industrial machinery operation; - Physical stamina for lifting loads; - Availability to work either from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 17:00 to 02:00; - Punctuality, attendance, and commitment.
