**Budget Specialist and Engineering Support (m/f)**
**Job Mission**:
Provide administrative support to the budgeting department, contributing to the preparation, review, and monitoring of budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines, data accuracy, and decision-making support.
**Operational Tasks:**
· Handle telephone and in-person inquiries, clarifying customer questions and forwarding requests outside one's scope or area of responsibility.
· Manage the schedule of tasks to be performed in the electronics area;
· Request quotations from suppliers according to specifications provided by the operations team;
· Prepare commercial proposals for the electronics area and send them to customers or to the sales team;
· Convert awarded proposals into sales orders;
· Create and verify projects associated with sales orders;
· Place material requisitions for the purchasing department;
· Identify sales opportunities based on site order requests;
· Manage document handling on customer platforms (Navigator and Nalanda);
· Sort and organize materials required for electronics site works;
· Verify material returns from site works;
· Verify and subsequently validate subcontractor invoices;
· Allocate values by cost center;
· Prepare measurement certificates and submit them to customers for validation;
· Prepare production certificates and allocate them to projects in the current IT system (Navision);
· Prepare and submit invoice issuance requests to the finance department;
· Organize the administrative activities of the electronics area;
· Issue responsibility statements;
· Draft maintenance contracts;
· Report on completed activities using all collected information;
**Responsibilities:**
· Suggest improvements regarding the role, equipment, software, and services within the functional area;
· Analyze and interpret technical drawings according to necessary production specifications;
· Verify compliance before proceeding to production/service delivery;
· Identify new suppliers while respecting company specifications and pricing;
· Contribute to the Department’s Activity Plan;
· Participate in meetings and data reporting as defined in the Department’s Activity Plan;
· Prepare quotations and commercial proposals based on the company’s price list and terms;
· Validate orders according to commercial and operational criteria;
· Interact with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled;
· Resolve issues related to orders, complaints, and returns within company protocols.
**Technical Competency Profile:**
· Knowledge of systems, processes, equipment, electronic systems, and associated software used in the company;
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.);
· Proficiency with management tools (e.g., ERP, Advanced Excel);
· Basic understanding of cost calculation and profit margin analysis;
· Familiarity with industrial processes is a plus;
· Industrial cost calculation and pricing formation.

**Requirements:**
· High school diploma (12th grade);
· Minimum three years of experience;
· Technical qualification in engineering or related fields.
