Job Summary: Support the management and implementation of improvement and innovation projects within Operations, from conception to rollout, analyzing the feasibility and performance of solutions. Interest in project management, continuous improvement, and industrial processes. **MISSION:** Support the management and implementation of improvement and innovation projects within Operations, accompanying various process phases—from conception to rollout—and contributing to the analysis of feasibility, implementability, and performance of implemented solutions. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support project management, monitoring different stages—from requirements definition to implementation; * Participate in preparing feasibility, acceptability, and implementability studies, supporting preparation of required documentation; * Collaborate in coordinating internal and external resources, contributing to meeting defined deadlines and objectives; * Support identification and proposal of opportunities for improvement and innovation in production processes; * Collaborate in managing relationships with external suppliers and partner entities, including educational and research institutions; * Support technical documentation management and ensure tracking of applicable requirements and certifications; * Participate in testing and validation of new equipment or processes, contributing to their stability and performance; * Support analysis and monitoring of project performance indicators. **PROFILE:** * Higher education degree in Engineering or related field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; * English language skills; * Interest in project management, continuous improvement, and industrial processes; * Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen methodologies or process analysis and improvement tools is a plus; We're waiting for you!
