Act as an interface between Production, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, and suppliers, ensuring synchronization of physical and information flows across the entire supply chain. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and update short-, medium-, and long-term production plans according to customer requirements and available industrial capacity. Schedule and monitor the supply of components and raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production. Analyze sales forecasts, order backlogs, and stock levels to adjust logistical and production schedules. Manage planning parameters in SAP S/4HANA. Track logistical and production performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to resolve supply constraints. Ensure achievement of OTIF (On Time In Full), service level, and material availability targets. Participate in continuous improvement projects, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and logistical supply chain optimization. Identify risks of material shortages and develop contingency plans. Collaborate on new product launches, engineering changes, and process industrialization. Conduct productive and logistical capacity analyses, ensuring alignment between demand and available resources. Promote waste reduction, logistical cost savings, and excessive inventory reduction. **Desired Profile** Education: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Production Management, or a related field. Experience: * Experience in production planning, industrial logistics, or supply chain, preferably within the automotive or metal-mechanical sectors. * Knowledge of SAP planning systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA. * Experience in Lean and Just-In-Time production environments. Technical Competencies: * Production planning and control. * Inventory and logistical flow management. * Supply Chain Management knowledge. * Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis tools. * Knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, or APO) or equivalent systems. * Interpretation of logistical and production performance indicators. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, FIFO, and Milk Run.
