About the Role We are seeking an Integration and Production Engineer with over 3 years of experience in technical support or IT operations. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows), monitoring tools (Nagios/Centreon), scripting, and, crucially, hands-on experience in data integration and the creation of interactive dashboards using the ELK/Kibana/Grafana stack. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering or related field. * Over 3 years of experience in technical support or IT operations. * Strong knowledge of ticketing tools (Jira and GLPI CMDB). * Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon). * Strong knowledge of scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell). * Experience in data integration and designing interactive dashboards with ELK/Kibana/Grafana. * English level B1/C1. * French level B2/C1. * Fluent in Portuguese. * Availability to perform preventive maintenance. * Resident in Portugal (Mandatory). * Availability for a hybrid model in Lisbon and/or Porto.
