We are looking for a Cook (m/f) to strengthen our Kitchen Team and administrative support services. Responsibilities: Plan the daily kitchen service execution based on defined menus, adapting work to quantities, schedules, and operational conditions; Ensure proper storage and use of raw materials and foodstuffs, overseeing their receipt, storage, and control; Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all stages of kitchen service; Monitor the condition and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils, promoting their proper use and maintenance; Report and record any anomalies or operational needs to the relevant departments; Contribute to alignment with Symington’s Policies, Strategy, and Objectives by gathering, sharing, and monitoring relevant information; Comply with and ensure adherence to the Integrated Management System procedures for Quality, Environment, and Safety, as well as applicable legislation, standards, and department-specific procedures; Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of best management practices, ensuring operational efficiency and quality of results. Profile: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar roles; Professional Culinary Course; Solid knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety; Organizational and execution capability; Teamwork and cooperation skills; Customer orientation; Compliance with legislation, standards, and procedures.
