Currently, they operate in over 40 countries across various industries and serve a diverse client base.** **Responsibilities:** * Define and manage the product strategy and evolution roadmap; * Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; * Work closely with development teams to specify features; * Produce and update functional and product documentation; * Monitor key performance indicators such as customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention; * Conduct market analysis and track competitors and technological trends; * Support marketing and sales teams with technical training, sales materials, and product demonstrations; * Represent the solution at events, trade shows, and meetings with strategic clients.
