Performance- and goal-based commissions and bonuses We are recruiting: Client Manager (Advanced Aesthetics Area) Location: Clinic in Vila Nova de Gaia We seek a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our team as Client Manager. Main Responsibilities: * Acquisition of new clients from leads * Reception and follow-up of clients * Presentation and sale of services * Support and supervision of consultations in the clinic * Post-sales follow-up and client retention Required Profile: * Experience in client management, commercial roles in healthcare, or medical office assistance (preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Empathy, approachability, and strong client orientation * Team spirit and proactivity * Interest in the field of advanced aesthetics We Offer: * Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Meal allowance * Commission based on commercial performance * Bonuses for achieving objectives If you are passionate about this field, enjoy interacting with clients, and wish to grow professionally, please send us your application.
