Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician (M/F) responsible for developing and maintaining quality programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure product and service excellence. Investigation of complaints and implementation of corrective actions We are seeking a Quality Technician (M/F), responsible for developing and maintaining our quality programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure the excellence of our products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct tests and control of products during manufacturing and finished products according to process specifications and quality requirements; \- Identify and report any non-conformities related to raw materials and finished products; \- Analyze and test customer-returned materials and identify their root causes; \- Calibrate, maintain, and clean laboratory instruments and equipment; \- Perform finished product inspection and approve, rework, or scrap the product accordingly; \- Receive raw materials and update computer systems; \- Review self-inspection records, report anomalies, and suggest corrective actions; \- Investigate customer complaints related to quality, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence; \- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or other sector-specific regulations; \- Participate in internal and external audits to maintain certifications; \- Prepare and maintain quality control records, including inspection reports and audit reports; \- Ensure all documentation complies with applicable standards and regulations; \- Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality procedures and best practices. **Job Requirements:** \- Higher education degree in Chemical Engineering or Technical training in Quality/Production; \- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial/Quality roles (preferred); \- Knowledge of current legislation and regulations; \- Experience in complaint handling; \- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems per ISO 9001; \- Knowledge of measurement equipment management **What We Offer:** \- Opportunity to join a multinational company of national origin, currently experiencing strong growth; \- Compensation based on experience and demonstrated performance.
