Support AI agent services built on AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI **Join us as a DevOps Trainee!** We are looking for a DevOps Trainee to join the Group Data Delivery team at our Porto Technology Centre. It's a hands\-on role for someone who wants to build real cloud and data infrastructure alongside experienced engineers working on financial markets. **Key Accountabilities** * Support the Group Data Delivery services used by teams across the group. * Learn to design and build infrastructure as code using Terraform. * Maintain and improve the pipelines and platform infrastructure serving data products and AI workloads. * Help deploy and monitor AI agent services built on AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI. * Support application deployments across environments (Dev/Eua/Prod). * Assist with incident resolution and report progress through Jira and stand\-ups. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required** * Engineering or Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience. * Linux / Unix foundations and core networking concepts. * Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines. * Strong problem\-solving skills and a drive to take ownership and see things through. * English B2 or higher; based in (or relocating to) Porto. **Nice to have:** * Exposure to AWS / Azure; familiarity with Terraform. * Regular use of AI coding agents as dev tools: GitHub Copilot CLI, Claude Code or VS Code Copilot. **Key Behaviours** * **Partnership** — Collaborative and open\-minded.
