Opportunity for career progression A leading company in the metal-mechanical sector, specializing in the manufacturing of machine tools, seeks to strengthen its team by hiring a Technical Support Technician. **Role:** The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring the installation, maintenance, and technical support of machine tools at customers' facilities, guaranteeing high quality standards and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation and commissioning of machine tools at customers' premises; * Diagnosis and repair of faults (mechanical, electrical, and/or CNC); * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance; * Providing technical support to customers and basic user training; * Preparing technical intervention reports; * Collaborating with internal engineering and production teams. **Required Profile:** * Technical education in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Automation, or a related field; * Experience in maintaining industrial machinery (preferably machine tools); * Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics (an advantage); * Ability to diagnose and solve problems; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork; * Good user-level computer skills; * Knowledge of English. **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Continuous training and professional development; * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Opportunity for career progression.
