Initiating contact, organizing meetings and events with clients, partners, suppliers, and external entities. Supporting the Commercial Directorate, General Coordination, Marketing, and other departments. Ensuring adherence to deadlines set by management. Monitoring campaigns, initiatives, and operational requirements. Handling travel reservations (hotels, transportation, etc.) for CEOs, employees, and occasionally clients. Preparing materials and attending meetings as needed.
