We aim to strengthen our team by integrating a **Procurement Manager**, who will be responsible for ensuring appropriate internal project supply, meeting deadlines, and controlling costs. **Key Responsibilities** * Supplier prospecting: Identifying and continuously evaluating new partners in the domestic and international markets; * Supplier negotiation: Conducting price, delivery schedule, and payment terms negotiations; * Inventory management and control: Monitoring stock levels to ensure material availability, optimizing resources, and avoiding stockouts or overstocking; * Purchase order preparation: Issuing, tracking, and managing all purchase orders until goods receipt; * Import management: Handling all documentation related to non-EU import procedures; **Required Profile** * Proven experience in Sourcing and Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics; * Solid experience in market prospecting, negotiation, and inventory management; * Established knowledge of non-EU import documentation; * Proficiency in English; * Experience using PHC and ODOO ERP systems (Preferred); * Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills; **What We Offer** · Integration into a solid, industry-leading company; · Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; · Continuous challenges and autonomy to implement departmental improvements; · A positive work environment and career advancement prospects Work location: Italbox \- Águeda Please send applications with subject line: " **Procurement Manager** " to: rh@italbox.pt Benefits: * Free parking Work arrangement: On-site
