Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks of the Role** ----------------------------------------- * Map, analyze, and document business processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Propose and implement continuous process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and standardizing operations. * Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, align workflows, and monitor implemented changes. * Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to monitor process performance. * Support automation, digitalization, or process review initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Prior experience as a Process Analyst or in activities related to process improvement and mapping. * Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g., BPM, Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma — at least one is desirable). * Experience in process mapping (AS IS / TO BE) and documentation development. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and communication skills for interaction across departments. **Additional Requirements** ----------------------------- * Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, Draw.io, Signavio, or similar). * Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) or digital transformation projects. * Experience working in medium- or large-scale corporate environments. * Knowledge of performance indicators and continuous improvement.
