**Responsibilities and Tasks**
* Develop technical documents, specifications, calculations, reports, pump and utility system sizing, and perform hydraulic analyses under steady-state and transient conditions. Insert technical requirements provided by suppliers into drawings.
* Provide technical input in the creation and development of conceptual, basic, and detailed projects, ensuring integration among various involved disciplines.
* Collaborate with coordination and planning teams to ensure adherence to deadlines and monitor progress with the client.
* Interpret laboratory test data, supervise test execution, validate third-party results, and prepare related documentation.
* Provide technical support to field teams on supervision, construction, and operation projects.
* Prepare spreadsheets, templates, lists, reports, and various studies required for project development.
* Analyze potential interactions and interferences among different technical disciplines
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering;
* Prior experience in industrial piping system sizing.
* Proficiency in hydraulic simulation software such as AFT Impulse, Fathom, Arrow, or equivalent tools.
* Competence in sizing centrifugal and positive displacement pumps;
* Ability to calculate head losses in clean fluids and mineral slurries;
* Experience with pumping systems for contaminated and reused water, especially in long-distance pipelines; knowledge of transient hydraulics in pipelines;
* Understanding of homogeneous and heterogeneous flow regimes under laminar and turbulent conditions;
* Competence in piping and flange sizing and selection.
Experience in developing process flow diagrams and control systems, along with familiarity with pipeline operations.
