Support innovation projects and new product development #### **About the Hardware Developer for Drones Role** **Position Objective** Develop drone hardware solutions, working from concept through testing and validation, contributing to the creation of innovative and competitive market solutions. **Main Responsibilities** * Design electronic circuits and embedded systems for drones; * Integrate sensors, communication systems, and flight controllers; * Prepare technical specifications, conduct hardware testing and validation; * Interface with suppliers and internal departments; * Support innovation projects and new product development. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with embedded hardware and electronic development; * Knowledge of communication protocols and system integration. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with drones; * Knowledge of image processing; * Experience with geotechnology. **Behavioral Profile** * Innovative and proactive mindset; * Systemic thinking; * Ability to solve complex technical problems; * Strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
