What We Require:
* Technical or higher education in Computer Science, Networks, Systems, or related fields;
* Knowledge of **Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Hyper\-V, and VMware**;
* Knowledge of **Microsoft 365** and its applications, notably SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange;
* Knowledge of cybersecurity;
* Networking knowledge, notably **VLANs, VPNs, and Wireless solutions**;
* ERP knowledge;
* Knowledge of architecture, development, and operation of distributed computer systems;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Resilience, organization, and time management skills;
* Autonomy, proactivity, and customer orientation;
* Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and continuous learning capability;
* Interest in emerging technology trends and willingness to advance professionally.
Your Responsibilities:
* Administer, maintain, and optimize our customers' IT systems, including computers, servers, software, networks, and applications;
* Ensure cybersecurity and data protection by applying best practices and appropriate tools;
* Monitor and manage backup platforms, cybersecurity events, and Data Center resources;
* Perform corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance on software and operating systems;
* Interact with SME clients and software consulting teams to identify needs and improvement opportunities;
* Support pre-sales activities and design of IT solutions;
* Prepare technical and analytical documentation for IT systems.
