





Grupo Branco Vaz is recruiting a professional to join its team, working in the areas of customer service, administrative support, and commercial assistance—both at the clinic (obstetrics, gynecology, and fertility) and at the academy for healthcare professionals. The main objective of this role is to ensure close, humanized, and efficient follow-up of customers, promoting continuity of care beyond clinical consultations, as well as supporting the overall operational functioning. Key responsibilities: Conduct follow-up and customer service for clinic and academy customers; Carry out commercial activities, including sales of online and in-person educational products; Provide support for digital products, training programs, and teaching platforms; Execute general administrative tasks and support various departments across the company; Ensure internal process organization and smooth operational functioning; Act proactively, clearly, and solution-focused, guaranteeing an excellent experience for customers. Desired profile: Previous experience in commercial roles and/or customer success, preferably in educational products (online and in-person); Experience with tools such as Notion and Go High Level (valued); Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially via digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp); Empathetic, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile; Ability to build trust-based relationships and provide close, personalized support; Interest in topics related to women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, and education; Capacity to work autonomously, responsibly, and discreetly; Strong time management, punctuality, and high sense of commitment.
