Job Summary: We are seeking EFA Course Trainers with pedagogical experience to deliver theoretical and practical training sessions, develop teaching materials, and assess trainees. Key Highlights: 1. Strong organizational sense and administrative rigor **Description:** ---------------- **BL CONSULTING**, a company providing integrated human resources services, is recruiting for its Training Department: **EFA COURSE TRAINERS**, based in **AROUCA**. **Requirements:** * Hold teaching qualifications (preferably professional) for recruitment groups 300, 330, 400, 410, 420, 430, 500, 510, and 520; * Hold a CCP (Certified Professional Competence Certificate) or exemption status (mandatory); * Minimum of 3 years’ pedagogical experience, preferably in adult education and training. **Desired Profile:** Trainers to deliver, according to the recruitment group, Key Competence UFCDs of EFA Courses in Arouca, in face-to-face mode: * Culture, Language and Communication (CLC\_5, CLC\_6 and CLC\_7\); * Society, Technology and Science (STC\_5, STC\_6 and STC\_7\); * Citizenship and Professionalism (CP\_1, CP\_4 and CP\_5\). **Job Characteristics:** * Technical-scientific expertise in the training area/component (Recruitment Groups: 300, 330, 400, 410, 420, 430, 500, 510 and 520\); * Strong communication and empathy skills; * High degree of organizational ability and administrative rigor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions; * Develop teaching materials/resources; * Assess trainees’ performance and progress; * Collaborate in Integrative Activities; * Attend training team meetings; * Ensure documentation completion. **Offer:** * Service Provision Contract; * Part-time employment (Monday to Friday, between 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00); * Face-to-face training in Arouca. **Only applications meeting all requirements will be considered for this recruitment process, via submission of CV, CH (Certificate of Habilitation), and CCP, with the recruitment group clearly indicated in the “Professional Experience” field.
