Then become part of our **Surface** team as a **Process Engineer** at our plant in Albergaria\-a\-Velha. **Your tasks:** * Coordinate and monitor the progress of Surface results (production and quality); * Ensure the production control reports; * Permanent quality control of the Surface process; * Ensure the implementation and standardization of Lean tools; * Ensure the proper operation of Surface equipment; * Monitor, detect and report human resource needs to the head of Surface; * Support in training new employees; * Support in the strategic management of people and teams; * Collaborate with the Manager in monitoring the progress of the monthly production budget; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams \- production, quality and maintenance. **Your profile:** * Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials or similar; * Production management skills; * Experience with SAP (preferred); * Google tools command; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English; * Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
