Updating databases and internal systems **Main Responsibilities:** * Administrative management of the **procurement** process, including quotation requests, purchase orders to suppliers, delivery schedule monitoring and cost control; * Administrative support to **production**, namely: * organization, updating and archiving of production documentation (production orders, technical sheets, reports, control records, etc.); * support in preparing and verifying documentation required for production processes; * Updating databases and internal systems; * Other general back-office administrative support tasks. **Desired Profile:** * Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade (or equivalent training); * Previous experience in administrative roles; * Good computer skills from a user perspective (especially **PHC** and Excel); * Organizational ability, attention to detail and sense of responsibility; * Autonomy and proactivity in task management.
