The company is seeking an Industrial Management Engineer (M/F) for Aveiro. If you enjoy working directly on the shop floor, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities: * Support the analysis and improvement of mechanical/metalworking production processes, focusing on equipment efficiency and performance; * Collaborate in mapping industrial processes and identifying improvement opportunities; * Support the organization and supervision of operational teams in a manufacturing environment; * Participate in the analysis and improvement of production flows, contributing to the smooth operation of production lines and equipment; * Provide technical support to production and maintenance departments, promoting equipment reliability and continuous process improvement. Profile: * Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Management, or in Mechanical or Metalworking Engineering; * Fluency in English; * Proficiency in Excel; * Valid driver's license.
