Installation and configuration of network equipment **IT Helpdesk** We are seeking a professional to join our IT Services team, with a focus on technical support, system administration, and execution of backup routines, ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the organization's technological resources. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to end users and resolve incidents involving computers, printers, mobile devices, and telephones. * Install, configure, repair, and optimize the performance of equipment on the local network. * Ensure support and maintenance for equipment and software used by the organization. * Manage user and computer accounts in the local domain (activation, configuration, maintenance, and deactivation). * Administer and maintain email, SPAM, and Anti-Virus systems. * Execute the backup policy (daily routine), verify failures, and take corrective action. * Respond to alerts and issues identified by the monitoring system. * Keep DHCP and DNS information updated on the local network. * Assist with administrative IT tasks (e.g., documentation for equipment/service procurement, warranties, and software). * Propose software and hardware improvements and upgrades to responsible personnel. * Update the company website (where applicable). * Comply with environmental standards and best practices, reporting anomalies and collaborating during emergencies/incidents. **Requirements (Preferred)** * Minimum education: 12th grade or equivalent technical-vocational qualification. * Professional experience: preferably over 1 year in technical support/helpdesk roles. * Experience in Windows environments. * Advanced knowledge of networking (TCP/IP), operating systems, and hardware. * Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * Good command of English. **Valued Competencies** * Strong communication skills. * Adaptability and teamwork ability. * Dynamism and proactivity.
