Our mission is to redefine national consulting through the concept of **FairSourcing** \- our key differentiator \- which embodies our values: transparency, trust, and fair relationships with both clients and employees. **SaaS Analyst:** We are looking for a **SaaS Analyst** to ensure the functional and technical success of SaaS solutions, covering requirements analysis, process definition, and oversight of scalable cloud platform implementations. You will play a pivotal role in connecting **business, clients, and technical teams**, ensuring each solution meets real user needs and adheres to best technological practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand business objectives and client needs, translating\-them into clear, actionable functional requirements; * Support the transformation of requirements into implementable **user stories, workflows, and features** on SaaS platforms; * Produce functional documentation, process flows, context diagrams, and use cases; * Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with project goals; * Monitor implementation and evolution of solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery; * Configure and implement business rules on cloud platforms, particularly **Salesforce**; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, user experience, and operational efficiency; * Support initiatives related to AI\-powered solution implementation and documentation. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Management, Engineering**, or a related field; * Experience in **functional analysis, business analysis, or technology project management**; * Programming knowledge and ability to understand technical solutions; * Experience or interest in **SaaS ecosystems and cloud solutions**; * Ability to design solutions tailored to real client needs; * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; * Excellent client relationship skills and business orientation; * Proficiency in English *(written and spoken)*. **Additional Assets:** * Experience with SaaS platforms, especially **Salesforce, Zoho**, or similar cloud solutions; * Knowledge of **CRM and sales/commercial management processes**, as well as customer relationship management; * Experience configuring and implementing business rules on cloud platforms; * Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies; * Knowledge of system integrations and process automation; * Experience using **AI agents** to support analysis and requirement definition; * Experience documenting and supporting AI solution implementation. **What We Offer:** * Workplace location in **Guarda, Aveiro, Oliveira de Azeméis, or Braga**, under a hybrid model (50% onsite); * Direct contract with the client; * Health insurance; * Annual training budget; * Career development plan and professional growth mentoring; * Participation in team events and internal initiatives; * Informal, collaborative work environment with a strong team spirit; * Culture grounded in closeness, open communication, mutual support, and positivity; * Integration into a creative, dynamic, and innovation-oriented team; If you’re ready to make a difference, send us your application!
