Job Summary: An Architecture professional to manage projects from licensing to execution, coordinating with specialties and authorities, preparing documentation and 3D modeling. Key Highlights: 1. Project management in architecture, from licensing to execution 2. Coordination with various specialties and competent authorities 3. Preparation of 3D modeling and specifications Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; * Registered with the Portuguese Order of Architects; * Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD); * Knowledge of Revit; Responsibilities: * Execute and oversee architectural projects from licensing to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Coordinate with various specialties involved in ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with current legislation \[RJUE, PDM, SCIE, among others]; * Prepare, submit, and follow up on documentation required for legalization and licensing with competent authorities (suppliers, clients, municipal councils, and other relevant entities); * Develop construction drawings; * Collaborate in preparing specifications, detailed drawings, finish schedules, and quantity take-offs; * Create sketches and 3D models for presenting and discussing proposals with clients; To apply, please send your CV to hr@fo\-engenheiros.com Employment Type: Full-time
