Our expertise covers end\-to\-end performance optimization, enterprise testing, major incident troubleshooting and resolution, full\-stack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment acceleration, and infrastructure managed services. **Responsibilities:** * Provide expertise and best practices in developing scalable applications and scripts integrating Databricks and Azure SQL. * Optimize performance for data processing and storage solutions at scale. * Design, build, and maintain microservices with Spring Boot that interface with Azure SQL. * Deploy and manage solutions on AKS/EKS, applying cloud\-native architecture principles. * Set up and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment workflows. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor cloud\-based solutions. * Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability of delivered solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science; * Demonstrated experience building and optimizing scalable solutions using Databricks and Azure SQL, with a strong focus on performance tuning for high\-volume data environments * Hands\-on experience with Spring Boot, Azure DevOps CI/CD, AKS/EKS * Excellent communication skills, with resilience and a goal\-oriented mindset. * Strong drive for technology and challenges. * Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). **Nice to have:** * Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and data platforms. * Previous experience in client\-facing advisory roles. * Contribution to knowledge sharing (documentation, brown bags, workshops). **We offer:** * Integration in a dynamic, goal\-oriented and cooperative team; * Health Insurance extensible to the family; * Crosser Assistance Program (Psychology, Psychosocial, Financial, Legal and Nutrition consultations); * Career Plan transversal to the entire company; * Monthly gym subscription; * Team\-building events.
