Roles combining task execution and work coordination **SKILLED MASON / TEAM LEADER — AVEIRO** STRU – Building Services, Lda. is currently recruiting a Skilled Mason to join our team on an ongoing project at CORVAUTO, Aveiro. We seek an experienced, responsible professional with leadership ability who, in addition to performing civil construction tasks, is capable of coordinating and leading the STRU team on site, ensuring organization, productivity, quality, and compliance with the Site Management’s instructions. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Execution of masonry and civil construction works; Erection and construction of walls using brick, block, and other materials; Preparation and application of mortars; Execution of plastering, surface leveling, and finishing; Support in formwork, concrete pouring, and other civil construction activities; Basic reading and interpretation of drawings and technical specifications; Daily organization of team tasks; Assignment and supervision of tasks for laborers and other team members; Quality control of completed works; Monitoring progress against defined project objectives and deadlines; Reporting work requirements and progress to STRU supervisors; Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations; Proper use of provided equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). **REQUIRED PROFILE** ** **Proven professional experience as a Skilled Mason; Autonomy in executing civil construction tasks; Strong knowledge of masonry; Experience in formwork, concrete pouring, or other specialties is an advantage; Ability to interpret site technical instructions; Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills; Ability to work effectively within a team; Leadership ability and capacity to manage small groups of workers; Punctuality and attendance reliability; Commitment to quality, productivity, and safety; Availability to work in Aveiro. **OFFERED CONDITIONS** Workplace: CORVAUTO — Aveiro Company: STRU – Building Services, Lda.
