Main Responsibilities * Develop and optimize manufacturing processes; * Create and update technical drawings, maintenance plans, and equipment specifications; * Monitor the installation, calibration, and maintenance of industrial machinery and tools; * Collaborate on innovation, automation, and industrial sustainability projects; * Support production management and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; * Work closely with production, quality, and R&D teams. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment (preferably metalworking or similar); * Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills; * Innovative mindset, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
