We believe that the right people in the right place make all the difference. That’s why we’re expanding our team with a Personal Schedule Assistant — a key role in our growth.
The Role
Personal Schedule Assistant (remote)
This role does not involve fieldwork or service delivery. It does not involve collections or closing deals. Your role is to organize, communicate, and create opportunities, ensuring a high-quality schedule for our team.
What You’ll Do:
Contact individuals and entities in Braga (Braga district) and offer a service (this is not sales; it is an offering/service from our company to promote our work);
Use your mobile phone, social media, internet, etc., to generate opportunities/contacts;
Contact, for example: businesses such as hair salons, beauty clinics, music schools, institutions, and others — to establish partnerships, present our project, and secure appointments for our collaborators on a day of their choice, during which they will visit clients’ homes to provide a free carpet cleaning service;
Schedule visits according to calendar availability
Manage and organize the daily schedule
Confirm all appointments 24 hours before the visit
Ensure only confirmed, high-quality appointments remain on the schedule
All your work is reflected in the schedule. Without a well-managed schedule, there are no visits. Without visits, there is no growth.

Initiative, Ambition, and Creativity: In addition to organization and fulfillment of the responsibilities described above, ambition, initiative, and creativity in securing new appointments will also be highly valued. The Personal Assistant is encouraged to propose ideas for contact acquisition and suggest campaigns, strategies, or actions (e.g., flyers, partnerships, local outreach). All submitted ideas will be reviewed; if aligned with SOS Serviços’ values, the company will support and implement them using the necessary resources. Initiative and the desire to grow will always be viewed as positive and differentiating factors in performance evaluation.
Compensation and Earnings
€3 per appointment scheduled (average of 6 per week) + additional commissions from services secured on-site by installers visiting clients at home (based on feedback from other professionals, monthly earnings exceed €900) during the first 3+3-month probationary period. After this period, performance is jointly assessed — focusing on organization, teamwork quality — and, if positive, after six months the position transitions to:
Part-time or full-time contract (if desired), or continuation as self-employed contractor (via receipt of services)
