Experience in a 5-star hotel environment Raisemeup is currently recruiting a **Waiter/Waitress (m/f)** for Funchal. **Our Client** A 5-star hotel establishment. **Responsibilities** * Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner; * Present the menu, recommend dishes and beverages, and clarify questions regarding ingredients and preparation; * Record orders and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen and bar; * Serve food and beverages according to the hotel's standards; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper setup of tables and dining area; * Attend to customers throughout their meal, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction; * Handle complaints or special requests courteously and efficiently; * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. **Requirements** * Prior experience in Food & Beverage (F&B); * Enjoyment of customer interaction and service orientation; * Professional appearance, friendliness, and clear communication; * Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure; * Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays. **Our Client Offers** * Attractive salary package and other benefits in effect at the company; * Continuous professional training; * Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
