We are building a structured, long-term team for two restaurant projects and seek competent waiters capable of working autonomously in a high-standard environment. Full-time legal contract – 40 hrs/week 2 consecutive days off No overtime culture 13th-month salary paid monthly Base salary: €1150–€1250 gross (depending on experience level) We are looking for professionals who: * Have solid restaurant experience (not just seasonal) * Speak English confidently (service is conducted in English) * Understand upselling techniques and average ticket value * Work quickly and efficiently under pressure * Feel comfortable in a structured system with responsibility We do not seek temporary or short-term collaborators.
