Raisemeup is currently recruiting a Second Chef (m/f) for Funchal. Our Client A 5-star hotel establishment. Responsibilities \- Support in the preparation and cooking of dishes, following instructions from the First Chef and Head Chef; \- Perform mise en place tasks, ensuring all ingredients and utensils are ready for service; \- Ensure proper handling and storage of food; \- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment used; \- Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). Requirements \- Previous experience as a Second Chef or in similar roles within hospitality or catering; \- Professional training in culinary arts or gastronomy (preferred); \- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques; \- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team; \- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency during service; \- Sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
