A dynamic and excellence-oriented work environment Raisemeup is currently recruiting a **Hotel Receptionist (m/f)** for Funchal. **Our Client** A 5-star hotel property. **Responsibilities** \- Efficiently process guest check-in and check-out, ensuring data accuracy and courteous service; \- Provide detailed information about hotel services, local attractions, and assist with arranging activities and external reservations; \- Manage reservations, modifications, and special requests, ensuring full guest satisfaction; \- Respond to telephone calls and emails professionally and promptly; \- Handle complaints or unexpected situations diplomatically while maintaining the hotel's quality standards; \- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, maintenance) to ensure an integrated guest experience; \- Maintain the reception area organized, presentable, and aligned with the property's luxury image. **Requirements** \- Education in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred); \- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotels and customer service; \- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation; \- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are an asset); \- Professional appearance and demeanor; \- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; \- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and computer applications. **What Our Client Offers** \- Integration into a solid hotel group with opportunities for career advancement; \- Competitive salary package and associated benefits; \- Continuous training and professional development; \- A dynamic and excellence-oriented work environment.
