Participation in cross-functional optimization projects An economic group headquartered in Caniço is strengthening its Finance Department. The Accounting team's mission is to supervise accounting and tax-related activities, particularly regarding accounting entries, invoice verification, and compliance with tax obligations, in accordance with the Group Management’s directives. **Main responsibilities include:** * · Accounting for supplier invoicing and for the company’s customer invoicing process; * · Account reconciliation, preparation and posting of accounting entries supporting the monthly financial closing for all group companies; * · Identification and implementation of opportunities for process improvement / automation; * · Monthly financial closing and other related tasks, in compliance with accounting standards and legal and tax obligations; * · Participation in cross-functional accounting and finance projects aimed at process optimization **Professional Profile** * · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields, with strong emphasis on accounting and taxation; * · Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in similar roles; * · Solid knowledge of national accounting standards (SNC); * · ERP or SAP knowledge (preferred); * · Proficiency in end-user computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Personal Profile:** * · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; * · Good planning and organizational abilities; * · Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship capabilities; * · Initiative, continuous learning mindset, and proactivity.
