Integration into a solid and growing company **Nortempo Seleção** is currently recruiting a **Customer Service (M/F)** for a leading client in the **Ovar** region. #### **Job Description** * Monitoring and providing continuous support to customers, ensuring clear and timely information regarding orders and processes; * Issuing internal documentation related to orders, including transport and invoicing documents; * Managing and updating the *orderbook*; * Ongoing monitoring and coordination with the commercial team; * Preparation and follow-up of commercial proposals; * Managing sample shipments; * Sending and tracking customer evaluation and satisfaction questionnaires. #### **Requirements** * Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade (higher education is an advantage); * Prior experience in similar Customer Service or commercial support roles (preferred); * Good knowledge of computer tools, particularly MS Office; * Strong communication skills and customer orientation; * Organizational sense, rigor, and attention to detail; * Ability to work in a team and manage priorities; * **Good command of English (mandatory)** #### **Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Attractive salary conditions;
