ZU is looking for a Store Manager to join its team in Cacia, Aveiro.
ZU is dedicated to the welfare and healthcare of dogs and cats, offering services in veterinary medicine, bathing and grooming, as well as selling pet food, hygiene products, veterinary products, and accessories.

**Responsibilities:**
Assume technical responsibility for the store, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards for veterinary procedures and animal safety;
Coordinate and supervise the use and management of Veterinary Medicinal Products (VMPs) and Veterinary Use Products (VUPs), ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and legislation;
Train, support, and develop the store team, guaranteeing specialized, high-quality service;
Inspire and lead the team, fostering motivation, cooperation, and achievement of performance goals;
Ensure smooth store operations, guaranteeing daily activities run efficiently and with focus on customer satisfaction;
Manage product organization and display, maintaining an attractive, welcoming environment oriented toward a positive customer experience.
**Requirements:**
Completed higher education, preferably in a field relevant to this role;
Proven management and leadership skills;
Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams;
Customer- and results-oriented mindset;
Passion for animals and commitment to animal welfare;
Ability to foster a collaborative, efficient, and service-quality-oriented environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Previous experience in similar roles, particularly in operations management or team coordination;
Experience in the pet care sector or related fields;
Understanding of specific requirements for customer and animal care.
