Responsibilities: * Monitor and evaluate production and yield. * Assess and ensure final product quality. * Identify, handle, and follow up on non-conformities. * Propose corrective and preventive actions. * Develop and implement process improvements. * Ensure compliance with internal and external standards. * On-site work Requirements – Education and Experience Required: * Higher education degree in Quality Management or related fields. (Preferred but not mandatory) * Proven experience in Quality Management within the industrial or production sector, preferably in the food industry. * Solid knowledge of applicable ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Specific Requirements: * Ability to assess production processes and identify critical points. * Experience in analyzing productive yield and performance indicators (KPIs). * Knowledge of final product quality control. * Ability to identify, record, and handle non-conformities. * Ability to prepare technical reports and quality indicators. * Proactivity and ability to act promptly in response to problems or immediate needs. * Organization; * Commitment and punctuality; * Ability to assess profitability and production for data interpretation and decision-making; * Food industry experience is valued (not mandatory).
