Ability to build relationships and customer focus \Job Posting: Pharmacy Delegate for Central Region\ The MED TRUST Portugal, part of the Austrian multinational MED TRUST, is a company marketing WELLION® health products, particularly medical devices for diabetes. We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a Pharmacy Delegate to perform duties in the Central Region, where main responsibilities will include promoting and selling our products in hospitals, pharmacies, and other outlets. \Responsibilities:\ In this role, we offer the opportunity to assume essential responsibilities for your career progression, such as: * Detailing, training, and promoting the WELLION® portfolio according to the cycle plan priorities. * Planning and organizing your routes to implement a visit plan targeting various stakeholders. * Creating synergies to improve product visibility. * Supporting internal product training needs. * Participating in congresses and other events. \Candidate Profile:\ For this position, we seek a professional with the competencies required to achieve our objectives: * Residence in the Central Region (Mandatory); * Commercial experience in the Pharmacy channel (Preferred); * Planning and organization skills; * Development of action plans based on commercial and marketing strategies; * Preparation of daily reports on commercial activities; * Relationship-building ability; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Customer-oriented focus; * Goal-oriented mindset; * Teamwork; * Flexible thinking; * English language proficiency is valued; * Immediate availability. \Offered Conditions:\ We offer the following conditions: * Initial and continuous training; * Integration into a solid market company; * Salary \+ Performance bonuses \+ Meal allowance \+ Expense reimbursement; * Health insurance; * Company mobile phone and vehicle.
